A familiar new look

SilkAir’s 9 Boeing 737-800 NG aircraft will progressively join the Singapore Airlines fleet with a freshly painted liverynewly upholstered seats, and served by our cabin crew dressed in the iconic sarong kebaya. So when you are flying with us, it will truly be a Singapore Airlines experience.

Will the cabin products on the Boeing 737-800 NG be the same as other Singapore Airlines aircraft?

 
The cabin products across the Singapore Airlines fleet varies according to aircraft type. Our Boeing 737-800 NG aircraft features 12 Business Class seats with an 8" recline, and 150 Economy Class seats. Customers can also look forward to SIA’s award-winning suite of in-flight offerings.

Will KrisWorld entertainment be available on the Boeing 737-800 NG?

 
To enjoy KrisWorld entertainment on board the Boeing 737-800 NG, you should bring along your personal mobile or tablet device. Simply connect to the KrisWorld network and visit https://www.singaporeair-krisworld.com on your web browser. 

Will there be Internet connectivity on the Boeing 737-800 NG?

 
The Boeing 737-800 NG is not a WiFi-enabled aircraft and does not have Internet connectivity. 

I have an existing unutilised SilkAir ticket. Is it still valid?

 
Customers with unutilised and valid SilkAir tickets (13-digit number that starts with 629) will have their tickets reissued as Singapore Airlines tickets (13-digit number that starts with 618).
