For Kathmandu–Cebu flights, our baggage policy follows the weight concept. Checked baggage: Economy Class passengers have 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Business Class passengers have 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage: Economy Class may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, and Business Class may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance for your trip is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Kathmandu to Cebu once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On both the Kathmandu–Singapore and Singapore–Cebu sectors operated by the Boeing 737-8 MAX, Economy Class offers a seat pitch of about 32 inches with up to 19 inches of seat width, providing comfortable legroom for regional flights. Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Kathmandu but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. In Singapore (SIN), eligible customers may be invited to use the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on their cabin and status.

If you have a longer layover at Singapore Changi Airport, you can join one of the official free transit tours into the city, which typically require a minimum connection time of around 5.5 to 6 hours. These guided options let you see key sights before returning in time for your onward flight.

For shorter layovers, staying airside at Changi Airport is very comfortable, with themed gardens, art installations, rest zones, and quiet corners to relax in between flights. You can also explore a wide range of dining outlets and take advantage of charging points and shower facilities.
