For flights between Yangon and Hyderabad, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (Lite/Value fares: 25kg; Standard/Flexi: 30kg) and Business Class (40kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage: Economy Class (1 piece, up to 7kg) and Business Class (2 pieces, each up to 7kg). Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Yangon to Hyderabad once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Yangon but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. In Singapore (SIN), eligible passengers may have access to the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on eligibility.

At Singapore Changi Airport, longer layovers can be spent on a complimentary transit tour into the city, typically available if you have at least around 5.5–6 hours between flights and meet the programme conditions. You can see highlights of Singapore while your bags are checked through. For shorter layovers, stay airside and enjoy themed gardens, rest areas, quiet zones, and, in certain terminals, attractions such as art installations and family-friendly play spaces. Airport hotels and nap facilities are available if you prefer to rest. Your time at Singapore Changi Airport is more than just a wait — it is an integral part of your journey.

Yangon operates on Myanmar Time (MMT), which is UTC+6:30 and does not observe daylight saving time. Hyderabad operates on India Standard Time (IST), which is UTC+5:30 and also does not observe daylight saving time. Yangon is therefore 1 hour ahead of Hyderabad throughout the year.
