For flights between Paris and Shenzhen, the weight-concept baggage policy applies. In checked baggage, Economy Class guests may take 25kg on Lite and Value fares, or 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class guests may take 35kg, Business Class guests 40kg, and First Class guests 50kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class guests may take 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class and First Class guests may take 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Paris to Shenzhen once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Paris but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. In Singapore, eligible passengers may use The Private Room, SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on their cabin and status.
