Due to the current Covid-19 restriction orders in Singapore, shareholders will NOT be able to attend the AGM in person. Instead, shareholders may (a) watch the AGM proceedings through a “live” webcast via their mobile phones, tablets or computers; (b) listen to the AGM proceedings through a “live” audio feed via telephone; (c) submit questions in advance of the AGM and/or (d) vote by proxy at the AGM.

To watch the webcast or listen to the audio feed, shareholders are requested to pre-register by submitting the form below by 10.00 a.m. (Singapore time) on Friday, 24 July 2020. This is to enable SIA to verify your status as shareholders. Following verification, authenticated shareholders will receive instructions via email on how to access the webcast and audio feed of the AGM proceedings. Only authenticated shareholders are allowed to watch or listen to the AGM proceedings.
