In appreciation of your loyalty, the following measures will be undertaken:

 

  • Extension of KrisFlyer Elite Silver and Gold membership (with membership start date from March 2022 to February 2023)
  • Rolling over Elite miles earned to the next membership year (with membership start date from March 2022 to February 2023)
  • Extension of expiring KrisFlyer miles [UPDATED]
  • Extension of expiring KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards [UPDATED]

Extension of KrisFlyer Elite Silver and Gold membership (with membership start date from March 2022 to February 2023)

 
Renewal Support Scheme
  1. As a KrisFlyer Elite member, what support will I get from the extended Membership Renewal Support Scheme?

    Your KrisFlyer Elite Silver / Elite Gold membership will be automatically extended for a third year. This applies to members with membership end-date from March 2022 to February 2023. After your status has been renewed, the Elite miles in your membership account will be reset to zero on the qualifying start date.

    Tier expiry for all KrisFlyer Elite members will resume only from March 2023.
  2. Do I need to do anything to qualify for the Renewal Support Scheme?

    All KrisFlyer Elite members will have their membership in their current tier automatically extended at the end of their membership year due between March 2022 and February 2023. No action will be required from you.
  3. When will the renewal of my Elite membership take place?

  4. I have successfully accrued sufficient Elite miles to renew my current membership tier on my own. Will I now get an extra year of membership in my current tier?

    As your KrisFlyer Elite Silver / Elite Gold membership will be automatically extended for a third year, any Elite miles earned through air and non-air accruals during your current qualification cycle will be carried forward to the next qualification cycle starting between March 2022 and February 2023, after your membership year has been extended.

    The Elite miles rolled over from your previous membership cycle can be used to count towards your KrisFlyer Elite membership renewal due between March 2023 and February 2024, or to upgrade your membership status.

Rolling over Elite miles earned to the next membership year (with membership start date from March 2022 to February 2023)

 
  1. How will this initiative benefit me as a KrisFlyer Elite Silver or Elite Gold member?

    Any Elite miles earned through air and non-air accruals during the previous qualification cycle will be carried forward to the next qualification cycle starting March 2022 to February 2023 after your membership year has been extended.

    Each KrisFlyer Elite member (as of 1 March 2022) will be eligible for a one-time re-crediting of Elite miles.
  2. Is there any prior registration required for my Elite miles to be rolled over to my new membership cycle?

    The Elite miles accrued within your KrisFlyer Elite membership year (with membership start date between 1 March 2021 and 1 March 2022) will be automatically credited to you. No action is required of you.
  3. When will the rolled over Elite miles be available in my account in my new membership year?

    Your Elite miles will first be reset to zero upon membership extension and re-credited to you within two months from the start of your new membership cycle.

    Only Elite miles accrued within your KrisFlyer Elite membership year (with membership start date between 1 March 2021 and 1 March 2022) will be re-credited to you.
  4. I was upgraded from KrisFlyer Elite Silver tier to KrisFlyer Elite Gold tier. Will my Elite miles be re-credited?

    KrisFlyer Elite Silver members who are upgraded to KrisFlyer Elite Gold tier before their KrisFlyer Elite Silver membership end-date will also be eligible for a one-time re-credit of Elite miles.

    Members who upgraded from KrisFlyer Elite Silver to KrisFlyer Elite Gold after 1 March 2022 from any status match programmes or accelerator campaigns will not be eligible for the re-crediting of Elite miles.

Extension of expiring KrisFlyer miles [UPDATED]

 
  1. Are my KrisFlyer miles eligible for extension?

    KrisFlyer miles expiring in December 2022 will be extended to June 2023.

    If you have KrisFlyer miles in your account expiring between January to June 2023, they are eligible for a final 6-month extension. This extension will be processed automatically, and no action is required on your part. This means that miles in your account will only begin expiring from July 2023.

    If miles are expired when you voluntarily refund a redemption booking, the miles will not be eligible for extension.

  2. I have previously paid service fees to extend my miles. Are these miles eligible for extension?

    Yes, all miles that have been extended previously and have been paid for with service fees will be eligible for the complimentary extension.
  3. How do I check on the expiry date of my KrisFlyer miles?

    Log in to your KrisFlyer account on singaporeair.com or the SingaporeAir mobile app and navigate to Miles > Miles Validity. A monthly breakdown of miles expiring in the next 12 months will be shown to you on this page.
  4. When will the extension of my expiring KrisFlyer miles take place?

    If your miles are eligible for extension, the extension will only take effect at the end of the month they are originally scheduled to expire.
  5. I logged into my account and noticed that the KrisFlyer miles eligible for extension have not been extended. How can I check that my miles have been properly extended?

    The new expiry date will be reflected in your account statement in the month following when your miles are scheduled to expire. For example, if you had miles expiring in January 2023, they will be extended at the end of January 2023, and the new extended expiry date which is July 2023 will be reflected in your account statement in February 2023.

    Your account statement can be viewed after you log in on singaporeair.com (Miles > Statements). There will be two relevant line items, (i) showing expiring miles being debited from your account, with the description "Singapore Airlines SR (Adjustment) 6 months mileage extension", (ii) showing the same number of expiring miles being credited back into your account, with the description "Singapore Airlines SR 6 months mileage extension".
  6. I have miles that have been extended to expire in July 2023. As I would like to use the miles for a flight redemption, must my flight redemption also be completed by July 2023?

    You will need to redeem your miles before they expire on the last day of the month at 23:59 (GMT +8hrs). Please ensure that the redemption booking is successfully ticketed on or before 31 July 2023. Your travel date may be after July 2023.
  7. Can I further extend the validity of the extended KrisFlyer miles for use beyond the new expiry month?

    Yes you can, but miles extension fees will apply for such requests, via payment using miles or a nominal service fee. KrisFlyer members can extend such miles for a further 6 months beyond the new expiry date, while KrisFlyer Elite members may extend them for a further 12 months beyond the new expiry date.   8. I’ve cancelled my redemption booking. Why have I not been refunded the full amount of KrisFlyer miles redeemed when making the booking?

    Miles that have already been utilised for redemption will not be eligible for extension. If you have made a redemption booking and subsequently cancelled it voluntarily, any refunded miles will follow the date of expiry at the time of booking.

Extension of expiring KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards [UPDATED]

 
  1. Are my KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards eligible for extension?

    If you have the following Rewards that are expiring in 2022 or 2023, they are eligible for extension:
    1. 1,500 KrisPay miles
    2. 25% Bonus KrisFlyer Miles
    3. 50% Bonus KrisFlyer Miles
    4. 5,000 KrisFlyer Miles Redemption Discount
    5. Double KrisFlyer Miles
    6. Short-haul Advance Upgrade
    7. Premium Economy Advance Upgrade

    These Rewards will now expire on 31 December 2023. This extension will be processed automatically, and no action is required on your part.
  2. How do I check if I have expiring KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards?

    Log in to your KrisFlyer account on singaporeair.com or the SingaporeAir mobile app and navigate to Account Summary > KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards. Your Rewards and their respective expiry dates will be listed under "Manage rewards".
  3. When will the extension of my expiring KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards take place?

    The extension will be completed by by 31 December 2022.
  4. I logged into my account and noticed that the KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards eligible for extension have not been extended. How can I check that my Rewards have been properly extended?

    The new expiry date of eligible KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards will be reflected in your account by 31 December 2022. Please log in here to view if you have KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards.
  5. Can I further extend the validity of the extended KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards for use beyond 31 December 2023?

    KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards may be used on flights departing after 31 December 2023, as long as the Rewards are applied on or before 31 December 2023. Otherwise, please utilise your KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards by 31 December 2023.
  6. I had applied a KrisFlyer Milestone Reward on my booking that has now been refunded. Will the Reward be redeposited to my account?

    For the following Rewards:
    1. 25% Bonus KrisFlyer Miles
    2. 50% Bonus KrisFlyer Miles
    3. Double KrisFlyer Miles

    Please log in to your KrisFlyer account and navigate Account Summary > KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards to manage your Rewards. You may click on “Remove” to remove your Reward application from the booking. This will change the status back to “Available”. The expiry date will be updated to 31 December 2023 in 4-6 weeks.

    For the following Rewards:
    1. 5,000 KrisFlyer Miles Redemption Discount
    2. Short-haul Advance Upgrade
    3. Premium Economy Advance Upgrade

    Please contact KrisFlyer Membership Services to redeposit your Reward. Their expiry date will be updated to 31 December 2023.

Renewal Support Scheme Terms & Conditions

 
  1. These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the KrisFlyer Renewal Support Scheme (“Renewal Support Scheme”), organised by Singapore Airlines Limited ("SIA"), to help PPS Club members and Elite members requalify for their tier statuses in the following year.
  2. All KrisFlyer members who are PPS Club members or Elite members as of 8 March 2022 automatically qualify for this Renewal Support Scheme.
  3. All decisions made by SIA in respect to any matter relating to this Renewal Support Scheme shall be final. SIA reserves the right to vary these T&Cs, terminate or otherwise amend this Campaign without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion. SIA reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participating KrisFlyer members.
  4. All initiatives under Renewal Support Scheme will be subject to the KrisFlyer Terms & Conditions at (https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/ppsclub_krisflyer/termsconditions-kf/).
  5. By participating in the Renewal Support Scheme, each participant agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by SIA. All collection, use and disclosure of participant’s personal data will be in accordance with SIA’s Privacy Policy (available online at https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/privacy-policy/).
  6. SIA will not be responsible for any consequences that any participant may suffer (including without limitation any damage, loss, injury or disappointment), or that results in an infringement of any law or regulation, by participating in this Renewal Support Scheme.
  7. By participating in this Renewal Support Scheme, each participant agrees to comply with and be bound by these T&Cs, and conditions of carriage, SIA’s Privacy Policy and KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions (available online at https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/ppsclub_krisflyer/termsconditions-kf/) (collectively, "SIA Terms & Conditions"). Non-compliance with or breach of any of these SIA Terms and Conditions may result in the KrisFlyer member being disqualified at any stage of this Campaign.
